“KMPS-FM, once the Northwest’s go-to for county music, is no more.
The rebrand came Monday, with KMPS’s parent company Entercom Communications Corp. announcing the switch of Seattle’s one-time king of country to soft rock. Listeners arriving on KMPS’s old spot on the dial will find The New 94.1 The Sound, billed as ‘Seattle’s new soft rock”
