Norm Gregory Radio Scrapbook: The Impeachment of an Emperor, KJR 1974

When you consider how most changes in the air staff are handled at most stations: One day the disc jockey is there and the next day it’s a new person . . . and the station says nothing about it. KJR, in 1974, had a clever way for Lee Smith to exit the morning show and hand the festivities over to Charlie Brown.

Now for the first time in 37 years you can listen, again, to “The Impeachment of an Emperor” as it happen on May 16 1974.
