Like “The Pumpkin Eater” talked about in a previous post, ”Eden” (Ireland-2008) goes inside a marriage on the rocks as a couple approaches their 10th anniversary. The husband has become distant spending a lot time at a pub where he becomes obsessed with a young party girl while his wife stays home with the children. It’s a heartbreaking character study. Eileen Walsh won best actress at the 2008 Tribeca Film Festival.

I gave Eden 4 Stars when I watched the Netflix DVD in April 2009. Since it was almost a year ago I can not remember much about it . . . but I must have like it.
