This Time It Means Something.

For the first time . . . maybe ever . . . at least in my memory the Washington state caucuses mean something in the selection of my party’s nominee.

Hi Norm. I participated in my caucus today. To be honest, I prefer the ballot primary system. I think they should do away with the caucuses and just go with the popular vote. Winner takes all delegates for the state.

I agree . . . but it’s up to the parties. The state tried to get the primary system going. And the Democrats said forget it . . . ignoring the vote. The Republicans will use 50% of each.
